5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EastFlirt, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to EastFlirt in the last twelve (12) months.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Delaware, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.

You and EastFlirt agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
